AI training for companies

Train your teams to use AI on their real business processes.

Orchestra builds your training from your activities, your tools and the results you expect. Your teams work on their own cases, learn to check results and create methods they can reuse every day. A review one month later assesses usage and the benefits observed.

A 30-minute call about your teams, your business and your priorities.

  • A programme built with you
  • Exercises from your own cases
  • Follow-up on day-to-day practice

The need

Useful training shows up in everyday work.

Your teams may already have tried ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot. To turn that into a useful practice, they need to know which tasks to rely on AI for, what information to give it, how to check the result and when to take back control. We build the training around these work situations.

The starting point is a concrete process: preparing a sales proposal, answering a customer request, producing content or consolidating a report.

  1. A file or a brief
  2. A draft prepared with AI
  3. A result checked by the team
Example of practice.

Custom-built

A programme built from your business.

We prepare the training with the business lead and the participants concerned. Your expectations, practices and constraints define the exercises and the objectives.

  1. 01

    Your processes

We choose the tasks and situations the team needs to improve on. The cases used reflect its inputs, its rules and the expected result.

  2. 02

    Your tools and constraints

We work with the tools your company allows and define the data that can be used, the checks and the approvals required.

  3. 03

    Your level and objectives

We adapt the pace to participants’ experience and to the skills they need to put the method into practice.

How it runs

Four steps to learn and put into practice.

We apply the Orchestra method to training: choose a useful use, test it, build it into the team’s practices and follow how it is used.

  1. 01

    Identify

We learn about your business, the participants’ level and the difficulties to solve. We choose a priority process and define the skills and success criteria.

A tailored programme and a shared objective

  2. 02

    Test

Participants work on business cases with the trainer. They learn to write instructions, compare results and recognise situations that need a correction or an approval.

A method tested on real work examples

  3. 03

    Integrate

Teams reuse the method in their daily work. We document the materials, usage rules and checkpoints to make this practice easier.

    Reusable habits and materials

  4. 04

    Operate

Follow-up addresses the difficulties met and assesses usage. The one-month review compares observations with the objectives set at the start.

A usage review and the useful adjustments

Here, “Integrate” means building the method into work practices and “Operate” means following usage. Building an agent or connecting it to your tools is not included by default.

Deliverables

Methods your teams can reuse.

The training produces materials tied to the chosen process. Your teams get reference points to redo the exercises, check results and use AI consistently in their work.

  • The programme and the business objectives of the course
  • Method sheets and instructions adapted to the chosen tasks
  • Reusable work templates for the team
  • A grid to check results and spot limits
  • Data-use and approval rules
  • A practice plan and a review of observations
Example method sheet
Task
Prepare an answer to a frequent customer request
Information needed
The request, the customer file, the applicable procedure
Instruction
Write a clear answer quoting the procedure used
Quality criteria
Accuracy, tone, complete information, special case flagged
Human approval
The advisor reviews and sends, or hands the case over

Review

After one month, assess what changes in the work.

The review looks at real use of the method: what participants can do again, the difficulties that remain and the benefits observed on the chosen process.

  1. 01Is the team using the method on the planned tasks?
  2. 02Do the results meet the quality criteria set?
  3. 03What changes do we see in time, quality or consistency?

Criteria are chosen before the workshop. Depending on the case, we can track the time to an approved proposal, the rework needed on content or the quality of a customer answer.

Terms

A format adapted to your team.

The scope is defined with you according to the process to work on, the participants’ level and the time available. The programme, terms and deliverables are set out in the training proposal.

  • One workshop, on site or remote, followed by a review one month later.
  • Run by the Orchestra team.
  • Starts 3 to 4 weeks after the proposal is approved.
  • On quote, based on the programme and format chosen.
  • People with disabilities: contact us to adapt the arrangements.

French companies can request OPCO funding: the training can be delivered through a Qualiopi-certified partner training organisation. Custom courses are not eligible for CPF.

Before preparing your training.

Yes. The programme can start from existing usage. We work on applying it to your processes, on checking results and on the skills your team needs to use the method on its own.
We prepare the course with the business lead: expectations, participants’ level, tools, rules and real work examples. These shape the exercises and the objectives.
The required level depends on the programme. We state it before the workshop and adapt the pace to the participants. For a business-use course, the starting point is their knowledge of the work itself.
Tools are chosen with you, based on needs and on what your company allows. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or another solution can be used when they serve the chosen process.
Work examples you are allowed to use. Beforehand, we agree on the information needed, the restrictions and any anonymisation required.
The programme states what is done during the workshop. Connecting to your company’s tools, deploying to production or running an agent is scoped separately.
One month after the workshop, a one-hour session with the lead and a few participants. We go back over the criteria set at scoping, observed usage and difficulties, then send a written summary with suggested adjustments.
We send a proposal based on the programme and the format chosen.
In France, yes in many cases: the training can be delivered through a Qualiopi-certified partner training organisation, so you can apply to your OPCO for funding. Approval depends on your OPCO; we provide the programme and documents required. Custom courses are not eligible for CPF.
